Been doing four sets of barbell curls pyramiding 10# each set followed by two setsof supinating curls pyramiding 5# on the second set. I lost the feeling of having a good workout a while ago so I did this: barbell curl 3 sets pyramid; supinating curls 3 sets pyramid; narrow grip barbell curl (not EZ curl) 3 sets pyramid; followed by 2 triceps exercises. Man alive did my biceps get rock hard! What do you think? Too many sets?
