BF estimate 6,4 231

Are you sure you're 231lbs? Im the same height as you at 210 and definitely looking bigger unless all the weight is in your legs. What's your squat? What do your quads and arms measure out at?

My hips and legs have always been big.
38 waist pants but about 34 inch relaxed morning waist. (on my bellybutton, smaller if I go up) 32,4 flexed with vaccum, 30,8 at the smallest(almost right under rib cage)
My quads were about 29,2 inches on bulk on the middle, 30,8 at the top.
Calves are 18,3 inches.
Arms are 16,4. 13,6.forearms.
Don't remember chest and shoulders.

Max lifts are:
330 frontsquat 1RM
462 deadlift 1RM
My knees are bad( before weigths) but I've lifted heavy anyways with little problems, switched from regular to front squat when 330 for many reps became to easy a while ago. Feared for my knee as the weigths became heavy.
I squatted 330 regular squat and deadlifted 429 after 5 months training. So I'm probably naturally strong.
My upperbody has always been behind in size and strength, especially chest, though it's grown a lot lately.

I don't have much pics of my legs, their big but not much definition, carrt most of my fat on my ass and legs I believe, which makes my ass huge as it is really muscular too, but its not that fat.
My thighs are hard except for the inner thigh.

I would guess I could have squatted closer to 440 pounds at the end of my bulk. But that is just a guess ofcourse, frontsquat usually is a lot heavier for me( around 30-50 kg difference before)
 
^^^ that is very good at just 17. you will start gaining more muscle mass as you get older. the hours you spend in the weight room now will pay off later on trust me. I find it very easy to put on muscle in my 30's because I spent most of my late teens in the weight room. muscle memory is real and not a myth.

I'm very serious about my training, diet and lifestyle, and I'm going to compete when I get older (22 and 23)
Then I'll maybe wait a couple of years and compete in classic bodybuilding.
My brother was a bodybuilder too, he kind of made me interested and learned me a lot, but he died in a car crash at only 22.
He competed a couple of times too.
I don't eat candy EVER(2,5 years now) don't eat potatos, bread, wheat, sugar etc.
I might start a picture and/or training log here because I know there are so many knowledgeable and helpfull people here ! Been reading a lot in the training and diet forums, their much better than the norwegian ones.
 
you need to quit flexing in your pics but id say 13% i find it hard to believe that your 231 tho doesn't appear that you have that much muscle but you look good no homo

I am heavily built with big legs and hips.
Thats where most of my weight is, I've always been heavy but not that fat.
Though I became fatter when I was 15, was 220 pounds then.
My upperbody has always been small compared to lowerbody and my weight. But its growing rapidly so I'm very satisfied.
