What do you think about doing another cycle with a bulk and then stacking some sustanon and deca with it?
I’m currently in my mid 30’s and 5’10’’ and 180 pounds. Body fat is 12% body fat and I will plan on bulking up for the spring cycle I am ready for it.
My plan is deca 500mgs a week
sustanon 250mgs a week.
Good dosing and how much AI and what else would you recommend?

I would start with the standard aromasin dose of 12.5mg EOD and see how that goes. Adjust from there after mid-cycle blood work.
