- Cable incline bench bicep curl 35lbs 4x12 up in reps
- Seated DB tricep extension 35lbs up 5lbs 4x13
- Concentration curls (short head) 30lbs up 5lbs 3x12
- Close grip bench press smith machine (long head) 90lbs up 10lbs 4x12
- Isolated db preacher curls (long head) 35lbs up 5lbs 3x13
- Isolated db overhead tricep extension (lateral head) 15lbs up 5lbs 3x13
I ordered my resupply this morning. It’s supposed to ship out today so I’m hoping I get it Friday or Saturday. I ordered some more test e, tren e, and more primo.
I scheduled a DEXA scan for Friday and E2 and testosterone labs for Monday.
I also ordered a resupply of all my other supplements today.
My DEXA scan is Friday morning so I’ll post the results once I get them.
