Best time to take G-Plenish?

Just got my G-Plenish today. I'd like it to lasr a solid month so that means max 2 servings per day. When would be the most effective time to take it? I'm thinking first thing in the morning and immediately after working out. What about days I don't workout...maybe just one dose in the AM? Also, canit really have 15g of prot in a single spoon? My Optimum Nutrition prot powder only has 26g in a whole scoop.

only take it on workout days. Once post workout, and once before bedtime.

For me post-workout and before bed are typically only 3-4 hours apart so I'm only going to use it one or the other. Which would be better...right after workout with my recovery/carb/G-R or a few hours later after dinner before I hit the bed?

I take it 5 times a day so timing in essentially is a void issue for me. Howevere, try not to take it in a fasting (3+hours without food and activity) state, or without other nutrients because glutamine is a preferrential fuel of the body - it takes precedence even over carbs, so to avoid it to be utilized as carbs take with some food before any type of catabolic activity (ie training, sleep due to long duration mainly though)

So first thing in the morning with my prot shake/breakfast and after workouts with my prot shake are good times. I plane to take it every AM and a second only those only those days I lift...any reason to double dose ED regardless of workouts?
