Best Cheat Foods while dieting

Hey brothers
Some people say you can cheat your diet every two weeks, I cheat a little every Sunday after church. What are the healthiest foods or the ones that make you gain less fat, to cheat once in a while so you don't ruin your diet too badly?
 
Well, cheat foods are about what you like to eat, but can't while dieting. Therefore, you may as well opt for those things, as long as they are not overly unhealthy. Also, it is a matter of moderation - cheat meals are that - cheat meals, and not an excuse to get all crazy with food. Besides, sometimes when you are on a rather restrictive diet, those cheat meals are a good way to restart your metabolism, so I would not worry about it all that much.
 
A cheat meal isn't meant to be an amateur episode of Man Vs Food. It is meant to be a meal where you have some freedom and can enjoy some foods that aren't regularly on your diet plan. It isn't a free pass to eat junk.

For my cheat meals, I really like breakfast foods. I will make protein pancakes with egg whites and oatmeal. I will cover them with real maple syrup and berries. I'll have a bowl of full fat greek yogurt for dessert. Something like that is a good cheat meal. Still relatively healthy but not something you regularly eat.
 
Go with something you like but do not eat for obvious reasons......just only have a little bit of it. If pizza is your thing then just have 1 slice and not 6. You will be fine.

I would say its called a cheat meal for a reason - so sit back, relax, and indulge as much as you want.

Its more of a mental thing to get it in
