What is the best cardio for fat loss,not weight loss.Its hiit or slow steady jogging?I want to drop some fat ,but not muscle.My diet is 90% clean,i focus on gaining strength.I have higher carbs day on lifting days and lower on nonlifting day.
then low intensity for 20-40 minutes.. hr no higher than 110.. your weight training depletes your glycogen stores, so thus it's just like doing am cardio in a fasted state..
consume bcaa in between going from the weights to the cardio..
you can either burn glycogen or fats... you decide..
Just read recently that a study showed that in two groups one was doing light cardio 30 - 60 minutes three times a week and the other ran 6 sets of 30 second springs and 4 minute rests 3 times a week.
