Umm , well , I eat a lot of Meat and Stuff , I typically get it from places like Sams Club/BJs and I buy by the Case . I do a LOT of Frozen Veggies (Cost) and a lot of Rice , typically Thai Jasmine Rice . The wife gets lots of Free Pasta Coupons (she works for some of the biggest food cos out there doing Customer Service as a Senior Call Floor Director) I Tend to eat 3-6 Pork Chops or about 6 chicken Thighs at a sitting . I tend to buy Thighs because I can get them Boneless and Skinless for like .50/lb and just go to town . Ill also a lot of days get a Rotisserie Chicken ($3-$5) , pull all the Meat off of it , add a $1 Spice Packet Tortillas/Salsa/Cheese and turn it into Fajitas - a meal that would have cost me like $50 at Don Pablos ends up running us like WAY less than $10 ! Sloppy Jims are always a big hit , as is Spaghetti , even though my Sauce is ALWAYS WAY over 50% meat ... I like Grits for Carbs in the AM , along with Breakfast Sausages or Polska Kilbasa and the like , and Eggs are always in Plentiful supply , of course . Eggs and Chorizo is the greatest Combination in the history of brekkies , I think ! I tend to hit this one All You Can Eat Buffet once a week , mostly because they have more Seafood than you can possibly know what to do with - Crawfish , Squid , sole , cod , King Crab Legs , Catfish , 5 kinds of Shrimp ... there is this Peruvian place that will let you order a WALL of Meat for like $10 Downtown and we love eating there , as well .
Typically thoutgh the formulae is :
30 Cubic Foot Frost Free Standup Freezer .
Buy Meat/Frozen Veg In Bulk .
Know how to Cook your ASS off .
BEcome friends with the blokes in the Meat Departments of your favorite stores !
I only use Blended Proteins (Problend or Pro Complex ONLY) , and I usually add Peanut Butter to my shakes , and I try to use more Natural Ingredients as I can . If I want somethign I make it in stead of Buying it Pre-Frozen . I find I get the most for my $ that way .
