Belly and lower back fat...

thanks i will try to put my carbs down but i like them so much :)

Hahahahaha I know how you feel bro. So many "yummy" foods are just carbs... If you can't train yourself to stay away from them.. Just envisage the physique that you'll get if you can control them for a while, then the cravings will take care of themselves ;)
Goodluck brother

Ok IMHO if we are trying to cut a bit I would lower carbs and up protein intake. Increase your good fats a bit and run a 50/20/30. P/C/F. The foods you have listed are the right ones but we need to get the timing of them down. I would have absolutely no carbs in evening meals and up the fat intake by using some olive oil, or something similar to increse the fat intake. That with the cardio and training you are doing should start to shed some fat bro!

I was wondering if i keep my carbs at around 25-30% instead of 20% will i get the same results but its only going to take longer? or i really need to get down to 20%. thanks

Bro I would go to 20, Will you get results? Yes but the best way IMO is to cut them and then add them back in slowly. I know it's not fun but that's why not everyone can do this bro.
