Being sick

Looks like I've become sick, with some kind of flu or bad cold (fatigue, chills, etc). I am wonderin if I should be trying to keep following my current cutting diet, low carbs etc. I haven't had much of an appetite, but should I still focus on gettin my cals and macros where they need to be? Or is that too much stress on my body?
 
Keep your diet as close as you can to the original plan. Your body needs those nutrients more than ever to fight infections, bacteria etc. and maintain mass. If you are havin trouble meeting diet requirements, try focusing on liquid meals. Protein shackes with added EFAs and vitamins, stuff like that. This is easier for your body to digest, and it is always easier to sip something rather than chew it when sick. Good luck with your recovery bro!


EDIT-I would bump the carbs ever so slightly, they are your preferred enerygy source after all.
