Being a vegeterain and carb depletion for show

Ladies,

I am getting ready for my first figure show this week. Up until now it has been lots of egg whites, low sodium tuna, baked potatoes, salads, brown rice, oatmeal and cream of rice. I am a vegeterian and now must carb deplete for 2 days. ANy ideas on what i should eat. I am being told that my diet must also be no sodium ( there goes the tuna). I have been told that red snapper and trout would be good. any other suggestions to break up the monotny of only eating fish all day. Desperate to know. thanks.
 
i was a vegetarian too for many years. i now eat poultry and seafood. ur not vegan though right? cause u eat egg whites... to clarify for the others.. vegans do not eat any animal products... (dairy..etc..) well... u can have protein shakes... there are also soooo many of those low carb foods out there. u can order em on the web or go to a good healthfood store. i dont know how natural some of these things are but they are very low carbs. i tried this protein pasta the other day...not bad, not bad at all:D filling as anything too!! do a search on the net for "keto" products... they have good stuff...or carbolite.com . anyway... hope i helped a lil.. good luck at ur comp.!!!:mix: -- KBgrl
