I want to start a powerlifting routine but i have no idea what exercises i should do.
Should i stay with basic exercises?
like squat, deadlift, bench, shoulder press.
and stay away from isolation exercises?
What time of exercises should i do for my different body parts?
Legs, Back, Chest, Shoulders etc.
I've been lifting weights for 5-6 years already but i want to concentrate on powerlifting now.
So i would really appreciate some help if you have time to drop me some of your knowledge.
