Lets say that I was thjinking about getting into powerlifting..I weigh 205 and I have some decent strength for my weight...although I just started working legs and doing deadlifts....what would be good weights to hit to try and enter a meet at the beginner level.
Here is what I am starting with:
Bench Max: 435
Squat Max: 405
Deadlift Max: 495
Granted, I have just started do legs and deads...but, they will all grow....
