i have not worked out in a few months and i am looking to bulk up in the chest, shoulders,back, and arms as well as cut some flab from my stomach. How much cardio do i need to do and what would be a good routine for me to bulk up with. i am 19 155, 6'1" and i have a fast metabolism, also i was wondering what my food intake should be like
