beginner seeking change in routiene

i have not worked out in a few months and i am looking to bulk up in the chest, shoulders,back, and arms as well as cut some flab from my stomach. How much cardio do i need to do and what would be a good routine for me to bulk up with. i am 19 155, 6'1" and i have a fast metabolism, also i was wondering what my food intake should be like

I'm afraid you won't be doing both at the same time, unless you wan't to juice, but I don't know to much about hat side of things.

Depending on how high your BF% is now should determine which to go for first imo. If it's above 20% then Id cut up first. Unfortunatelly your stomach is the last place fat will leave and the first place it goes. Id suggest a strict a diet but high in protein. Do cardio 3/4 times a week early morning on an empty stomach for about 30 mins.

If you havea low BF% and want to bulk first then Id start with something like this:

mon: Chest/Tri
tue: rest
wed: Back/Bis
thur: rest
fri: Shoulders

Eat allot and eat clean, high calorie, low fat and most important HIGH protein, I tend to shoot for the weight I want to be in grams, i am currently 165lbs, my current target is 180lbs so im eating 180g of protein per day.

Use the SEARCH feature to look up other routines, diets and all other usefull info.

I'm sorry but that has got to be the most pathetic routine I've ever seen.....you didn't even inculde legs in there.....if you're trying to bulk you need to work out atleast 5 days a week try something like this for bulking:
day 1: shoulders
day 2: back
day 3: chest, tri's
day 4: bi's
day 5: legs

I was on that routine for a while...it worked pretty damn good for me.....try it out!!!
