I would have posted this in the pictures forum, but it's closed off now.
As stated below, the first one was taken June 4th, a few weeks after just starting to lift again after 7 years. The second one was taken today, Oct 24, 4 1/2 months later. I did two cycles during this time. First one was Test, Anavar and EQ. Second cycle (on my 4th week currently) consists of 150 Tren ED and 750 Omna/week. Strenght has gone through the roof in the last 4 months. Started at 310lbs bench press (naturally gifted in this lift) and am at 435 lbs now. I'm going up one rep with 335 every week since starting the Fina!
For training I did 30 minutes of cardio everyday on empty stomach.
12 sets per bodypart of heavy lifting (16 sets for bi's and tri's), never going over 8 reps. I cant stand doing high rep sets. My current split looks like this:
day 1
AM Chest
PM Shoulders
day 2
AM Biceps, Abs
PM Triceps, Forearms
day 3
AM Quads, Hamstrings
PM Calves
day 4
AM Back
PM Biceps, Forearms
I hit biceps twice as often as my other bodyparts because they recover so fast no matter how hard I train them. Anyway, here's the pics:
