Oh yeah, I forgot to mention my diet.
I'm not reall hardcore strict with my diet. For the first 2 months I only ate about 1500 calories per day, mostly protien. I really needed to just concentrate on losing a shitload of bodyfat. And for the past 2 1/2 months I've been eating about 2000-3000 calories per day.

30 minutes cardio on empty stomache
9:30
Egg Beaters/Chicken breast omelette
10:30
Nonfat cottage cheese and some carbs (fruit or juice usually)

5 or 6PM
I go out to eat everyday at a random restaurant and order whatever I want
8PM

I would say it breaks down pretty close to this:
Protien 45%
Carbs 35%
Fat 20%
