been going low carb ( less than 20 grams) for 3 day, carb up tomorrow?

i am going to carb up tomorrow. i am 5 weeks out from a show, should I carb up eating about 400 -500 grams low glycemic. or should I only increase carbs to about 50-60? first time ever doing no carb thing. thanks
or should I keep going no- low carb for the next week to help with fat loss?
 
I'm pretty sure that on a carb up you want to get as many low fat, lower fiber carbs as possible. Might wanna wait for a better answer tho.
 
Hmm, couple weeks late for a trial run but you definitally need to perform one. Ok sat contest is on Sat ok. So do this:
Sun 0
mon 0
tues 0
wed 150
thurs 300
fri 600
sat 600
I personally use nothing but complex carbs because there is really no chance of spilling over or missing your peek. I eat just brown rice alone actually. See how that goes and if it seems like to much and your stomach is bloated and distended, then go lower at show time. I personally had to go 300 for my highest day but I have a Hiatle hernia.
