would like to know something. i'll get to the Q after this: well im just into my cut and for my 5th meal id thought i have something a little different insted of my normal meal. so i came up with a stir fry type thing. it looked like this

Handful of chopped Red,Yellow and Green Peppers
Half a chopped Onion
100g of chopped mushrooms
100g of bean sprouts
10g of sultanas
150g of chicken
spoonful of onlive oil

theres something like 32g of protein and 351kals in this meal.

i want to know if the Bean Sprouts and Sultanas are ok to eat on a cut...in 100g of bean sprouts theres 2.2g of sugar is this ok? and theres sugar in sultanas as well. it dont really matter about the sultanas i can cut them out. but wot about the bean sprouts are they fine?

by the way, does this meal look good 2 you? i wont be having it 7 days out of the week. maybe 2 just at the most. just to keep my sane ya know :)

Yes to both. Bean sprouts are in fact a very healthy product, very high in nutritional value. (though minute amounts)
