Bananas!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess it depends. Your not a a reduced cal. diet so the fat burning thing doesn't make a diff. I would say keep it. They tast good and are good for ya.

I just decided to ditch all fruits from my diet:

1. I don't really miss them
2. I have only a limited amout of cals/day to work with, rather use them in something that has a) protein b) carbs that can go the the muscle and not the liver

nothing against fruits, but is is a matter of priorities

Ive never seen a fat monkey, but they do do shit loads of cardio. :whatever:
I cant see one banana hurting you though. Limit it to a few piece a day and youll be fine.

I was always under the impression that most fruit was "free" calories. In other words, it burned more calories digesting it than it contained.

They are 100% perfect. After 1 month of research (lol) many many include them in the first meal of the day to fight off soreness, add in essential nutrients, etc.

Many other fruits are used during the day, i.e. berries, apples, etc..........

Some still use them in their PW shake, but I'm going to refrain.

So eat up! cutting or bulking, doesnt matter.....just fit em in to your caloric needs....

I don't see the point on eating FRUITS to be " healthy " , " oh it gots lots of vitamins and mineral " " it is good for you "

heeeloooo , have you ever heard of a multivitamin/multimineral complex ? yeah that one they FIT all of the vitamins and minerals in 3 caps . yeah that one.
