Bad/Slow AAS Responders??

had some coffee and scanned through. i think i got a slight idea about where this is going.

to answer ur original post: me personally. I think my buddy from college definitely responded better to aas than i did. fucker would blow up a few dbols and it showed alot more than it did with me. i also know guys who ate like complete shit and were always ripped, my dude. genetics def plays a role, but for the most part i think what everyone is trying to say is that if you're diet is spot on, your lifting/workout regiment is cued in and consistent, and your taking the proper aas and doses then you can achieve any result you want....which i have to agree on.

most people, including yourself i firmly believe (and even me in my earlier days) are bullshitters. not about their their aas use, but about their diets and lifting....i see people who SAY they're eating brown rice and chicken every meal 8 times a day, working out 2 hours a day, no booze and can honestly tell you if that were the case then they wouldn't be posting BS threads about bunk gear.

I look at my man dylan gemelli and can honestly say i've never looked like that.....i've been down to 8% bf when i was in the army and that's it. In college when i played football, i was between 10-13% bf on a good month, but that's because i ate like a horse (mostly good but some bad), got plowed at the clubs after a win here and there, and lifted for strength and size, never for aesthetics. so my yearning for sub 6% was never within grasp because of my diet/training/lifestyle. assess yourself honestly, ask yourself what more can you do and get after it. Okay I'm done now.

Very honest response. . My diet isn't really special, white rice and chicken, 6 eggs a day, wholemeal bread, shakes.. but I certainly eat plenty of it. I think iv found the sweet spot with my training, lifts are increasing consistently. Iv yet to apply my new training programme to a cycle so fingers crossed. I guess this all stems from the guys we see with shit diets and training, yet still mamage to GROW! makes me question myself.. but iv made consistent progress (just not as fast as id like) Thanks for taking the time to reply bro, appreciate it

Some compounds treat people better than others. Gotta find what works for you. However there is no substitute for diet and training which I'm sure you already know. Genetics can be a factor but even someone with shitty genetics should be able to get good results with.

 :LockMe!:

Post some pics bro , we will be able to see if your diet and training are working for you , you might not blow up but if your running gear and your metabolism is that fast you should have full visible abs and lean
Striated muscle at least , like I said pictures will speak 1000 words

Im not that lean unfortunately. . Im around 15% body fat right now, and im hitting a wall at 205lbs eating 5000 kcals a day. A study shows that peoples metabolism can increase or decrease by 15% in order to maintain the body's "natural" weight. I was gaining on 5000 kcals up until now but iv been at the same weight the last 3 weeks. Could it be that I now need 5750 kcals to continue gaining? If so im done here.. I cant possibly force anymore down my neck, im washing meals down with water as it is 😧

So ur roughly 5'10" at 200lbs at 15%bf and ur eating over 5k clean cals/day and u can't grow?

Gonna call BS bro....I'm 6'2" and I was able to get to 265lbs, 10-12% bf...from around 4500kals/day. I know metabolism plays a role, but unless ur an Olympic athlete or Manny Pacquiao taking in 7-8k cals/day and working out 6-8 hours/day....I'm not buying ur story. Put up them pics
