Bad/Slow AAS Responders??

Good point.. all though its hard not to go over these things (its pretty frustrating to be held back) suppose i was just curious how common this is. And if anyone had with a similar problem had found something that worked better for them, Iv never tried ph cycles, are they worth trying?

Yeah my genetics are certainly against me, by nature I was a very slim build and have a very fast metabolism. And I hear you on that one, the amount of familiar faces I see at the gym from the last few years that dont appear to have made any progress is unreal. Some of them I can see where they go wrong just watching them (lifted the same weight for the same sets the last 2 years) others train well but their diet or sleep pattern etc is probably the cause. Im a very hard gainer and not even close to my goals but im quite proud of what little I managed to achieve. Gone from 160lb with weedy 12" arms to my current 205lbs with 16.7" arms :) im only 5ft 10 so its not too bad.. I dont look ill anymore haha. I make good progress in my lifts on cycle, I can normally add 2.5kg to compound lifts each week until it totals a 10-20kg increase then it slows again, but the size doesn't pile on with the strength... weird

Ok iv seen people get flamed for asking this in the past but.. in comparison to friends of mine and many other people I simply do not respond to aas like the average guy. Iv had gyno flare up on cycle but learned how to prevent that (low test high tren etc) without the use of heavy AI's so gear had been 100% legit. Training is fine I progressively overload and switch things up fairly often, diet is ok. Nothing spectacular, but bulking I hit 4500-5000 kcals a day (5000 on training days due to weight gain shake pwo) I hit 300g + of protein per day and make the rest of the kcals up in healthy fats and a mixture of carbs. Weight doesn't pile on for me.even at such high calories (my metabolism is ridiculous) but back to the point.. when on cycle there is no real noticeable increase in the speed i grow. My gains are still pretty steady. Strength increase is noticed in the first few weeks but not much happens after this. Even with amadrol, Dbol, Nandrolone etc I dont even experience the big "bloat" i dont pile water weight on using these. At most maybe a pound or 2. Yet iv seen others blow right up using exactly the same gear with a pretty shit diet! My bp increases slightly on cycle so i get some side effects. Tren makes me a little less patient than usual but no sweats etc, slight insomnia in the first few weeks maybe but no real leaning out or great increase in vascularity. Im not saying i dont respond at all its not the kind of results that justify the risks of using aas? Im starting to wonder if its worth giving steroids up as a bad joke and continue to train natty. And pleaseeee don't dive in with the usual shite saying its my diet or my training (yawwwwnnn) I have friends that are successful bodybuilders (juniors etc) and even sticking to their particular training and diet plan my results are less than average for a guy on cycle. Anybody else experience this kind of thing? If so did you find amy compounds that actually work well for you? Ph cycles maybe, certain types of aas?

the concept of anatomy and physiology is so confusing and because it differentiates from person to person, sometimes there just is no definitive reason as to "why." it could be you are just a non responder (which is definitely a possibility but highly unlikely), gear quality, your just not injecting into the muscle, etc... im not saying nor accusing any of this, im just simply listing all possibilities for you to consider... you may want to try a different source, which im sure you have probably done, try other chems as well, stack sarms with your cycle or try yet something else different you have not tried...

for instance, for some reason when i run winstrol, i respond like most just do not... i can easily add 10 lbs. and drop body fat at a very rapid pace... you just have to find through trial and error, and in your circumstance, quite a bit, and see what happens... if you go to Evolutionary.org Forums, you can select or find multiple good sources to try... i hope you eventually find something that works...

Thanks for the input bro, definitely injecting in to muscle as I get pip when first starting cycle. Also iv read even if you went subq (I obviously never would) that its still absorbed but at a slower rate. 10lbs on winny! Thats awesome. . I ran winny when cutting last year, and to be fair I liked how it gave me a "harder" look, but it was bringing me out in acne and I was going on holiday so I had to stop. As iv said I wouldn't say I was a non responder as strength etc goes up, I just don't pile muscle on. Maybe my genetics? I believe my gears been legit due to acne and gyno, but I will try a new source etc. What labs are people rating at the min?

to answer ur original post: me personally. I think my buddy from college definitely responded better to aas than i did. fucker would blow up a few dbols and it showed alot more than it did with me. i also know guys who ate like complete shit and were always ripped, my dude. genetics def plays a role, but for the most part i think what everyone is trying to say is that if you're diet is spot on, your lifting/workout regiment is cued in and consistent, and your taking the proper aas and doses then you can achieve any result you want....which i have to agree on.

most people, including yourself i firmly believe (and even me in my earlier days) are bullshitters. not about their their aas use, but about their diets and lifting....i see people who SAY they're eating brown rice and chicken every meal 8 times a day, working out 2 hours a day, no booze and can honestly tell you if that were the case then they wouldn't be posting BS threads about bunk gear.

I look at my man dylan gemelli and can honestly say i've never looked like that.....i've been down to 8% bf when i was in the army and that's it. In college when i played football, i was between 10-13% bf on a good month, but that's because i ate like a horse (mostly good but some bad), got plowed at the clubs after a win here and there, and lifted for strength and size, never for aesthetics. so my yearning for sub 6% was never within grasp because of my diet/training/lifestyle. assess yourself honestly, ask yourself what more can you do and get after it. Okay I'm done now.
