Bad/Slow AAS Responders??

Ok iv seen people get flamed for asking this in the past but.. in comparison to friends of mine and many other people I simply do not respond to aas like the average guy. Iv had gyno flare up on cycle but learned how to prevent that (low test high tren etc) without the use of heavy AI's so gear had been 100% legit. Training is fine I progressively overload and switch things up fairly often, diet is ok. Nothing spectacular, but bulking I hit 4500-5000 kcals a day (5000 on training days due to weight gain shake pwo) I hit 300g + of protein per day and make the rest of the kcals up in healthy fats and a mixture of carbs. Weight doesn't pile on for me.even at such high calories (my metabolism is ridiculous) but back to the point.. when on cycle there is no real noticeable increase in the speed i grow. My gains are still pretty steady. Strength increase is noticed in the first few weeks but not much happens after this. Even with amadrol, Dbol, Nandrolone etc I dont even experience the big "bloat" i dont pile water weight on using these. At most maybe a pound or 2. Yet iv seen others blow right up using exactly the same gear with a pretty shit diet! My bp increases slightly on cycle so i get some side effects. Tren makes me a little less patient than usual but no sweats etc, slight insomnia in the first few weeks maybe but no real leaning out or great increase in vascularity. Im not saying i dont respond at all its not the kind of results that justify the risks of using aas? Im starting to wonder if its worth giving steroids up as a bad joke and continue to train natty. And pleaseeee don't dive in with the usual shite saying its my diet or my training (yawwwwnnn) I have friends that are successful bodybuilders (juniors etc) and even sticking to their particular training and diet plan my results are less than average for a guy on cycle. Anybody else experience this kind of thing? If so did you find amy compounds that actually work well for you? Ph cycles maybe, certain types of aas?

bro, the problem is your attitude... you would have far more replies if you didn't come across so arrogant about what you don't want to hear etc... YOU came here for advice yet your telling everyone what you don't want to hear... would you be quick to help someone with that attitude? put yourself in everyone else's shoes... you know how many guys come here with great attitudes, looking for help and they get everything they want plus more... bro, i help EVERYONE and im even apprehensive because i don't deal with that kind of attitude either... i would love to help but i don't need to offer free advice to someone that does not appreciate it...

I think your possibly taking it the wrong way.. it certainly wasn't intended to come across as arrogant :) im just not looking for diet or training advice, i was more curious as to whether there was other people with similar results to mine. Iv spent years researching diet and training and following things to a T didn't exaggerate my results from aas. Thanks for the reply bro

There are a lot of factors to consider here. Yes, people have different levels of response to androgens, so its possible you don't get as much out of the same cycle that someone else is running. However, there is also other pieces to the puzzle. Of course diet and training are paramount, but there are other things like the legitamacy of the gear, how long you had between cycles, body type, stats etc. Instead of comparing your cycles to others, its best to just concentrate on you, and do the best that you can. It makes no sense to stir over things you have no control over, so worry about the things you do

Good point.. all though its hard not to go over these things (its pretty frustrating to be held back) suppose i was just curious how common this is. And if anyone had with a similar problem had found something that worked better for them, Iv never tried ph cycles, are they worth trying?
