busy @ work as usual :)

legs. i have a calf story. did some new exercises with the bf. felt okay the next morning, and immediately went to work as normal in three inch heels. well, those shoes don't allow you to stretch out those calf muscles much. i was walking around on my tippy-toes for three days!! i cried when i tried to flex my feet. baaaaaaad.

standing bent over rows: 50lb x 8 4 sets
Cable rows: 70lbsx6, 65lbsx8 3 sets

Biceps:
Curve bar:30lbs x 8 4 sets
Hammercurl: 15lbs x 8 4 sets
concentration curls: 12lbs x 6 4 sets

*30 min cardio

8pm:
1.5 scoop whey
1/2c skim milk
1/2 banana

10pm:
MRP
 
You can do some light legs higher reps to get the flood flow into them .. may help with recovery but nothing too much ... maybe even elliptical or arc trainer ...

You are beautiful .. tell yourself every day 5 things you love about your body & 5 positive statements about what you appreciate in life ... start with 3 .. just positive reinforment goes along way, daily, write then down, speak them in the mirror .. smile & know that you are gorgeous, inside & out, and there WILL be balance ...I hope that makes sense :rose:

20min step mil- interval program

-----HOLY BREAKFAST----- IM FULLLLLLL

1 TSP hot sauce
5oz. grilled chicken breast

6:30pm:
2 slices ww bread
lettuce
2TBS lf miracle whip
4 oz. turkey breast
*side salad 1 c lettuce, tomato, cucumber, balsamic, mrs.dash

How those calves feelin'? Better? I'm trying to make mine hurt, but they refuse :(

Your 3:30 meal sounds kinda' like the stuff I made last night :p

Hey, Girl! I just looked in your gallery to see if I missed some pics because you said I knew what you looked like and I do believe I HAVE missed a couple. Is that you in black? You's a perdy gurl!!!!!!!

....and the heart......I have the inside of that heart on me - same spot you have yours! lol
