I have been a vegetarian weight lifter for 8 years now, and I eat tons of the soy products (Boca burgers, Morning Star sausage patties, Trader Joe's corn dogs, and sandwich deli slices from Tofurkey and Yves). I don't eat any meat whatsoever, and I'll have fish 2-3 times per year. I've had no problems whatsoever increasing my size and strength (currently 240 lbs).

Tofu yogurt, soya milk, tofu and tempeh.

I don't eat processed soya products like tofu burgers, dogs, things like that.

i have a question regarding soy products and studies that say the isoflavones mimic estrogen and if so have there been any side affects for male body builder's? I have a lactose intolerance and am considering switching to soy milk
