Well.......for all who give a rat's ass I'll post up!
It's been roughly ~2 weeks. What a ride! 1st week was no less than BRUTAL! I snuck in a caffeine pill here and there to avoid a major crash! I was moody and VERY aggitated with little things and my appetite soared out of control! Especcially the carb cravings (sweets specificaly----RARE for me)
By the middle of Week 2 (Day 10) I felt MUCH better. Things seems to have gotten "back to normal" with the exception of ONE thing: my w/o's are just not the same! TBH: THEY SUCK! I really miss that RUSH just about as much as when I am OFF gear and missing the feeling of AS running theu my blood!
Side Note: I was/am taking 2 grams Tyrosine and only 1 cup of coffee prior to w/o's these days and although it DOES help a "little" it's just NOT the same! ~Probably about the equivilent of substituting creatine for gear! rolleyes: sure you get a "pump" but not even CLOSE to the one you get on GEAR).
I posted this for ALL of you out there who plan on giving up ephedra one day and feel like you have abused it soooo long that you will be unable! Well.......one week of HELL isn't that bad (I guess) in the BIGGER scheme of things! Good Luck! I hope this HELPS someone get thru it one day!
