Louden, your training weights are enormous.

I rarely do them, but the last time was 90 for 6.

but i have done 100lbers for 2 sets 10.

I have done 120's for over 15 reps on each arm... I guess I could have probably gotten 150's. Now I probably could get 120's for 6
