Hey all!!

Almost 6 weeks out from my show!! Very excited .. however quick question, I am currently taking 12.5 mg of anavar (capsule) and i find myself holding water during the day!! I was told this is normal... anyone have similar experiences??

- Does this water retention last through out the whole cycle?? Or is it something that happens in the first week??

-I was told that anavar needs 1 weeks till you see some results?? Is this true also? or does this vary??

Diet is clean and I train like a maniac!!! and I am feeling GREAT!!!!!

Nope, this is definitely not fake!! It is in a yellow and white capsule (12.5mg) made here in the U.S.A. Got it by my connection who works for a pharmaceutical company here in the states (very tightly controlled). And I have heard from other female competitors that Anavar causes water retention but i was wondering if anyone here on this board had experienced it??

Shadow: what do you think about this dosage?? I noticed a lot of the women are between 8-10mg worth of anavar and mine is a 12.5mg capsule...Does this dosage seem much??

you dont.....Soviets counterfeited HgH and the COmpany itsef COULD NOT tell the difference...to my knowledge all scripted var is in tab form...var CANNOT CONVERT TO ESTROGEN....so water retention isnt really possible....you have bunk var.

12.5mg.. i do feel is a bit high also, unfortunately i had no control on whether the var came in tablets or capsule form...Thats is why i politely asked you if perhaps such a high dosage would cause any side effects??

But before we get all worked up about the var, yes, can you say what brand it is?

How long have you been on it? Less than a week? If yes, probably no results yet. If there's a way to split the dosage you can do that and work up if you are concerned about too much.

Water retention-wise -- is there anything else in your diet or your life that it coudl be from? That time of month? Eating salt? Carb up? Have you tracked how your body responds to your diet / changes in your diet, i.e.how you respond to different types of carbs? Same w/ fats? Salt in your protein? Enough water? etc?
