ive been working on my diet, trying to get it down to perfection. been getting alot of help, especially from GAURDIAN, thanks dude. just making sure i didnt leave anything out. im 18 years old, im 5'7, i weigh 138-140, 10% body fat. trying to get more ripped without losing much muscle. i weight train 5 days a week, one muscle a day. im now doing cardio 7 days a week, 45 minutes in the am and 45 minutes in the pm. i walk on the treadmill at about 2 mph then slowly increase it every few minutes, eventually ending at a fast speed walk at the end of the 45 minute session.
this is what i eat on monday-friday (workout days)
meal 1- 1 cup of oatmeal, 8 egg whites, 1 tsp of natural peanut butter
meal 2- 6oz lean meat on 2 slices of whole wheat bread, and 3 slices of tomatoes
meal 3- pre-workout protein shake
meal 4- post workout- 60 grams of waximaize, then a protein shake a few minutes after
meal 5- 6oz lean meat
meal 6- 6oz lean meat with 1 cup of steamed broccoli or cauliflower
meal 7- 6 oz of lean meat
meal 8- 1/2 cup of fat-free cottage cheese
eating every 2 hours
on weekends, i dont weight train, only am cardio and pm cardio 45 minutes each
heres the weekend diet, almost the same, just less carbs
meal 1- 1 cup oatmeal, 8 egg whites, 1 tsp peanut butter
meal 2- 6oz lean meat with 1 cup lettuce
meal 3- 1 scoop whey shake
meal 4- 6oz lean meat with 1 cup lettuce
meal 5- 6oz lean meat
meal 6- 6oz lean meat with 1 cup of broccoli or cauliflower
meal 7- 6oz lean meat
meal 8- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
so that's it. tell me what you think and what you would change if you don't mind. my previous diet only included oatmeal in the morning as carbs so i added some more carbs to it. and i was also lacking fats.
thanks bros
