My abs are reasonably well defined (by my standards at least) when I tense them.... when they're relaxed, I look like I'm 5 months pregnant (just naturally that shape, I think.... genetics) but you can barely see the outline of the abs even when it's completely relaxed.... just barely.
But while the definition running sideways is pretty good, I don't seem to have the seperation down the centre. I can't figure out why.
What is the best way (if any) to get that central seperation? The rest of it is reasonably well defined, so I can't imagine it's fat.... maybe I'm doing the wrong exercises?
