abs advice and roids... least catabolic/most fat burning exercise

Ok... im not necessarily saying this is for myself. Im going for a similiar look but broader in the shoulders.

anyway, my gf is obsessed with this dude..... (by the way do you think he uses roids???)

now I hvae been doing ab exercises since my muay thai/boxing everyday training day but for somereason even though I have a lean physique (check my profile picture from about 6 months ago, BEFORE any gear.) I could never seems to really really get those V lines and defined abs....

At the moment I do about 6 different ab exercises x 40 reps. WHAT am i doing wrong?? I have a CLEAN diet as well. Do some people just naturally have more defined abdominals and just very lean at that part of the body? Its hard for me to get that thin around the gut without starving myself of carbs that I need for energy to lift...

ANyway at the moment Im into my 3rd week of Test Cyp 400mg and so far strength gains are awesome.... cant wait til 5th week when i really start to see some transformation. Is the only way you can achieve such a look in the the stomach as the guy in that photo by doing catabolic training such as well boxing and well cardio?? how about running? to catabolic? power walking?

Anyway, Im bridging for 2 months with sarms. then comes the cutting cycle....
what type of training tips and cyce do you reccomend?

there are a couple of points i wanted to put first - x1 - Im not doing tren.. I have had bad anxiety and insomnia problems in the past, My life has been great, calm and collected for the last 12 months on Zoloft and I think my mind might still be a bit fragile for tren! something i may try later.

secondly, money IS an issue. Im in oz where your lookin at around 300 p/10 ml of stuff!!!

Anywho, these are some of my propsosed cycles + exercises, and keep in mind I realllly want to be dry and ripped and not grow a whole heap more.. only minor gains are wanted with mainly ripping up.

option 1.
1 - 3 = Dbol 30mg/day for 3 weeks.
1 - 10 = test 200mg/week
1 - 10 =deca x200mg/week
6 - 10 = winny 50mg/day
10 - 14 = clen
+ letro when needed 0.25 / day

option 2.
1-3 = Dbol 30mg/day
1 - 10 = test 400mg
6 - 10 = winny 50mg day
10 - 14 = clen
+ letro when needed 0.25 / day

i can either afford 400mg of test/week or 200 test + 200deca. I thought if im throwing in stanny (keep in mind this is oz so i dont have access to everything) the deca wouldnt be bad either to keep the joints lubricate

workout = WEIGHTS: lower weight, increase reps, cardio = running, interval traing??

diet: P70/C20/F10 ??

workout 2 = p60,20,20 = lower weights, higher reps, power walking for 1hr?

workout 3 - Same weight + cardio? Surely the cardio wont burn toooo much muscle if I have the test

PLEASE try to offer constructive critism and and not flame!!!

I simply want a dry, shredded, not the overly monster look that that many people here go for... I have nothing against it... im ust going for a leaner look, (think brad pitt in fight club but a bit bigger in the shoulders) :cool: keep in mind Im a boxer as well so I need a little bit of fast reflexes, huge bulking aint my thing! (although my fighting days are over, its more just keeping up technique for fitness)

EDIT: does upping the dosage on letro dry you out/give you a leaner look?
Take a look at the photo again, and tlel me what YOU would do to try and achieve tha tlook

Ok i will take a shot at this, bit of a long winded post man lol

Wk 1-10 Test e 300mg
Wk 4-10 Winny 50 ED
Wk 1-10 Clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

PCT nolva 40/40/20/20, unleashed, sustain. HCG from 1-10 250iu's 2x EW

That will cut you up VERY nicely if diet is right macros work for me 50/30/20. Fasted cardio 5x per week stay in the fat burning zone 65-75 MHR 30-45 mins. Speed up your weight sessions, less rest, supersets, dropsets, tri sets etc (keep the heart rate up and sweat it out). The gear will prevent too much muscle loss. The letro will keep you dry, i would prefer arimidex cause its not so strong. drink like 3 litres of water a day. Eat all your carbs when you wake up and around your workout.

Living in aus man i feel ya with the price of the gear its ridicolous. i cant stand when i hear guys from the us complaining about price when its easily available for them and costs FUCK ALL. If you want a solid cycle round my ways with the best gear and PCT your looking at 2K+ for 10 weeks!!! (stacking different compounds)

Yes everybodies abs are different no matter how much you work them you cant change your genetics. If your lean and still cant see them. Do weighted exercises so they really pop out

I dont think that dude from twilight is on the gear, plenty of supps and prohormones prob. Rememeber he would have had assistance from the leaders in the fitness industry for that movie! sports nutritionists, personal trainers etc. probabaly had a personal cook cooking all his fucking meals. bastard

BULK the fuk up and stop worrying about abs and ur gf opinions

when ur big do a solid cutting cycle and watch just how amazing ur physique will look

and BTW the pic u uploaded, he could easily be natural but dont worry about this dude, 2 bulking cycles, and 1 cutting cycle and ull look twice as fukin good as that guy, plus the guy looks liek a twig, girls only like him coz he has abs and is famous

so relax ur flaps

stop worrying about future cycles etc, worry about ur cycle now and get the most outa it, if ur planning future cycles already then ur not thinking about ur cycle now, ur focus should be ur current cycle

and IMO
solid cutting cycle I WOULD RUN
test cyp 600mg weekly 16 weeks
t3, 40mcg daily 16 weeks

if u aint below 6% bf after that then ur diet suked arse

yes uping ur letro will make u appear drier, but itll also lower ur muscle gains, lower strength and can possibly kill ur sex drive if you take to much

as for ur abs, if you can feel ur abs but cant see them clearly then ur BF% is still to high for them to become visable,

remeber also, the more muscly you are, the faster u metabalsim is, and the leaner u can become

and BTW everyone starts off saying they dont want the monster look, but remeber when a monster cuts down to 220 pounds with 7% bf he looks insane

with all due respect, your looking to compete, I having seen your body composition I can honestly say I have no desire what so ever to be that size - although I think you look great for the look your going for. you say everyone starts off saying they dont want the monster look, but friends of mine who cycle on and off for many years still try to not get that monster look, especially when playing sports! ask some AFL players who cycle and especially boxers trying to move up weight divisions.. after being a boxer and training muay thai for years now I can tell ya the majority of guys in my gym are going for a leaner look that I am.

furthermore man, I specifically did say i want broader shoulders, i know the guy is somewhat a 'twig' and i do agree he is too skinny in the shoulders, but the thread was designed on his LOWER stomach..... i may not have made it clear though..if so, sorry.

And all about focusing on a future cycle means not focusing on your current cycle? That may be your personal opinion but I myself can competently and quite easily focus on both. I am currently constantly monitoring my diet, workout and doing everything i have learnt! and everything you've taught me as well and im feeling great. I appreciate your opinion, but Im simply asking questions out of curiousity because Im at home bored tonight and I wanna stay active on the forums so I thought id post a question out of curiosity. Iv spoken to you numerous times about my second cycle anyway and you've always been a great source of information and a good member on the board...
 
That bloke Good advice bro, funny man lol thats a bad ass cutting cycle BTW, but i think old matey's working on a budget and thats alot of test. Not a worry for me tho ive got my next two cycles sitting nice and safely in a lock box in my cupboard :D:D:D and I didnt even look at that pic before your post, i thought he was talking bout that werewolf fella, that guy is a twig!! BULK UP AJ you dont need to be a monster but that guy is pretty small LOL

Also with the clen, theres always been some debate over 2 weeks on /off or 2days on/off...

whats the general consensus these days and why?
 
Well I have used the 2 on 2 off method and it worked nicely, the point of that is the receptors are down regulated after a time and the clen stops working so you give yourslef a two week break to clean the receptors out and start again, another method is staying on but adding benadryl at night that supposedly keeps the receptors upregualted and still the clen is effective, i havent tried the latter method so am not entirely sure how it goes, i heard it is a bit more unsafe doing it that way too!

and yeah hopefully the sarms gets threw man!! fingers crossed ay
 
I find working out with the heavy punching bag with a sweat belt to be an amazing fat burner.

To avoid catabolism, take some GEAR pre-workout.

that guy is most likely not on steroids and is genetically lean naturally. I have a similar dude at the gym who is very shredded with minimal effort but he is small and trains with light weights compared to mine but I guess is heavy for him.
If you want to look close to what that guy looks like all you need to focus is diet diet diet and cardio. That guy's body fat is prob 5% or so. THat V shape you are taking about will show when you body fat drops below 10% as it does for me.
To drop that much fat will take time and a lot of cardio on an empty stomach every morning. Set ups are for the contour but body fat will dictate what you see and what not.

None of those cycles I would use to cut so it's better to stick with 400mg of test a week. Eat low fat, med carbs and med to high protein and lots of cardio. Strength will be an after thought because your diet will not allow you to really tap into that part but your goal is to cut fat not to gain max mass cant have both extremes.
