Ok I've tried out alot of different type of workout routines in the years I've been working out and my body gets the best results from more intense and more often workout. So I'm about to start a 5 day on one day off.Now what is the best way to split up my body parts I'll be working.I was thinking along the lines.

Mon-Chest,Tris(I just read a good article that doing chest before tris is good because this will get your tris nice and tight before you hit them up)

Tue-Bis

Wed-Back

Thur-Shoulders

Fri-Legs

Off

repeat (What do you guys think Im open to any adjustments you might see would be useful..

Doing bis the day before back is just plain dumb. Your bis will be weaker the next day... hence you won't be able to hit back as hard. I'd either hit them on back day after you work your back... or have a separate arm day.

Other than that - looks standard.

yea dont work the bi's before or after back day. My bi's are sore as hell after a good back workout.

Routine looks good though, are you one right now?

I think your asking me if im currently doin a cycle right now.No I'm not I will be starting up some EQ in a few weeks and I'm debating about a low dose of T-3 at say 25mcg a day.

Myself, I've been training for a lot of years, but if I train any more than 2 or 3 days in a row I get overtrained VERY fast, so training 5 days in a row would have me looking like an aids patient pretty quick. So my advice would throw at least one rest day in the middle somewhere.
Here's the split I used to put the last 40lbs of mass on my frame
day 1 chest/calves
day 2 back/shoulders
day 3 rest
day 4 rest
day 5 bi's/tri's
day 6 quads/hams/calves/abs
day 7 rest
