Ab Training Question

Whats up all-
I have been working on my abs latley and not seeming to get anywhere. I am 21 5' 10" 160 lbs (lightweight) and dont do much cardio for fear I will lose some of that weight. See my delima? Cardio= weight drop. How often should I be doing cardio in order to acheive my 6-pack condition? Or am I really doing all this wrong? Anyways thanks for the tips-
 
If you are so scared to lose weight i would recommend going on a bulking phase and than cut down to the abs. A friend of mine has the same prob but he doesn't listen to any shit i say. He is too busy checking out the ladies.
 
If you want you can bump up your protein intake lower the carbs and cals do some cardio and you should not lose a lot of muscle.
 
the above post is wrong, working them will help build and shape them some, though he is right in that in my opinion diet is like 85% of your six pack, as your bodyfat percentage is going to determine if your abs are visible or not.
 
I checked my B/F percentage last semester I took bodybuilding for a calss and it said I was like 9%. Thats pretty low I think. I am also going to start some gear soon and really dont have any clue as to how I am going to incorporate my cardio. My cycle is as follows:
weeks 1-10
200 mg Test 200
300 mg Deca

And in weeks 4 and 5 throw in 250 mg of Saus. on top of the rest.

You might want to do sprint training for you cardio. You won't lose as much muscle doing this because your pushing your muscles to work harder than just jogging. You will drop fat and not your muscle.
Ex. Run as fast as you can for as long as you can rather than pacing yourself for 20-30 min.


And do abs everyday for at least 20 min.:D
 
fuck the deca, get some winstrol and you'll start to pack on some mass if you front load the test in first 6 weeks and then use winni to keep the gains and lean up, another effect is your natural test will rebound with some clomid use during your cycle since winstrol is dht based.... try that for abs..........

That's the way i'd go, and is what i'm planning to do in a month.

It worked too well for me..At first I lost a lot of fat but I also lost a lot muscle then I bumped my protein by about 30% and everything went well. Just know your body.
