A Question for my girl - weight loss??

Has she tried the hydroxycut before? Sure give that a try. If you incorporate it in on a scheduled "cycle", along with maybe a changed diet schedule, sometimes you can get into a mindset that helps really support results. This is how I approached my first competiton. I only used a thermogenic & was completely natural. Frankly I knew absolutely nothing about steroids, clen and all that so I never was running around looking for a magic pill or bemoaning my lack of results from what I was doing.

T-rex I personally like better than any of the OTC thermos because it doesn't give the body buzz that the old ephedrine-based thermos gave, and now the non-ephedrine thermos seem to just be missing something. Otherwise, I'd suggest you (or your girl) post up the diet & training and let's see what we can do w/ that!

my wife will be starting a fat reduction program after xmas, she has a good routine both liftin and cardio and we have fine tuned her nutrition, what would be the best roid/nonroid to help accelerate the process. when she is liftin she will be back on 50mg test/w with good reslts but she feels she wants to try something different, what would you recomend as far as roids are concerned, thnaks in advance for any help.

That won't help as much with losing fat as you guys probably think. Weight lifting and clean diet will takes her closer to her goal than maniacal cardio sessions.

The two MOST important things she concentrates on are: 1) diet is clean and well-planned, and 2) weight training is done with correct intensity and frequency (and well-planned sessions).

Insane amounts of cardio (without sufficient diet and weights) will only help her reduce her muscle mass. By reducing her muscle mass, she will have succeeded in reducing her metabolism. By reducing her metabolism, she will have succeeded in making it MUCH harder to lose fat and reach her goals.

For about the 10th time, POST HER DIET AND TRAINING. That is where you will get good guidance to help her reach her goals. Without the diet and training down pat, her goals are pointless, because she'll never reach them.
