I am going to begin bulking soon (God-willing) and I need a good pre-workout food. It needs to be a grab and go type of food, since I basically wake up at 5 and go straight to the gym before work. Thoughts?

Fruit is what I was thinking also. I used to down an apple pre-w/o. Unfortunately I do not have time for oatmeal, so that is not really an option. Thanks though. Nice location too!
