A.M. lifters - pre w/o food?

I am going to begin bulking soon (God-willing) and I need a good pre-workout food. It needs to be a grab and go type of food, since I basically wake up at 5 and go straight to the gym before work. Thoughts?

if you are in a rush try fruit and a protien shake..... if you have time oatmeal and a protien shake

Fruit is what I was thinking also. I used to down an apple pre-w/o. Unfortunately I do not have time for oatmeal, so that is not really an option. Thanks though. Nice location too!
 
I do either
option a) banana + 1 cup straight up egg beaters (raw) + tablespoon fish oil
option b) banana + scoop of whey + tablespoon fish oil

I dunno it works for me :)
