*~*~Swollen but not Flabby! May take a few months to not be puffy*~*~
I posted and then deleted this pic earlier cause it was too big! Here it is again. I'm sharing this one because I don't even have skin or fat hanging over when I sit down.

I NEVER thought this would happen. Also, it shows a tiny peek of where my breast scars are and how low they don't hang anymore either, lol!

If you know me you'll understand my happiness with this pic. If you do NOT know me you'll just think I'm a dork. Either way...whatever.

I'm doing GREAT and will be back on here when my kids get back in school in Spetember! :bigkiss:

looks great, happy you're happy! why did they do your tuck in that way? my friend says she thought they do them horizontally..

Yes, my scar is horizontal as well as verticle. This type of tuck is called Fleur-di-lis, inverted T or anchor insicion.

I already HAD a nasty midline scar so this is actually an improvement believe it or not. The shape of the skin removed was in the shape of a witch's hat.

Here it what they took off of me. The white paper at the bottom is a paper towel for size reference. It was huge and nasty. Sorry this is gross. :artist:

without this type of surgery I MOST certainly would have had extra upper ab skin remaining. So, the scar was a trade off really.

anyway, thank you!

gross? at all.. im pretty scared up myself, some by accident, a few by a dr.. quite honestly, I think scars are sexy. my ex from hs had a breast reduction and they did the anchor type scars.. she reduced down to a double d! i was in awe i didn't even realize how big they were before.. when healed i thought it was the greatest set ever.. wear em proud love, awesome hair cut too, looks great..

thanks for the info, im going to pass it along..

It really is amazing how quickly and nicely breast scars heal!

I hadn't read this thread in such a long time and I've really been digging deep for the motivation to do all the right things with eating and traing. So, to celebrate the fact that I'm ready to give it a go (again), here is a new pic.

To those of you who followed my drama surrounding my husband being mad at me for spending too much time online let me also update that situation.

Right now it's a bit of a "don't ask, don't tell" policy. It's just unspoken that I do what I need to do to find motivation, kudos, attention, help, whatever to move forward in life! I've tried doing all the things that don't work and it sucks. I can't just "pull myself up by the bootstraps" and make myself do stuff. I really need accountablity and a team feeling it seems.

I'll post pics again OCTOBER 1st as to my progress and my mission to buy and look hot in some new jeans. I was always too fat for cute jeans in the past and now it seems over the past few years I haven't bought any because of my muffin top.

So, I'm really excited about this!

Just saw the first page progress pics, damn that's some hard work right there. You're doing fantastic. Hang in there with the personal stuff. Gotta keep the motivation flowing strong.

No earth shattering transformation this month but the swelling is REALLY down and I'm not even sucking in for this pic. Abs are engaged but not tightened.

Abs coming in nicely but need to cut body fat now! I have a renewed dedication to eating cleanly and doing sit-ups and push-ups for my physical endurance test coming up in December.

Not totally transformed but did manage to decrease in size enough to have to buy new jeans for the fall. Got these for really cheap so I'll have no trouble giving them away as I lose inches. ;)

In a nutshell. I still feel pretty curvy but what are you gonna do? Quit? I think NOT! So, thanks for following along my memememe thread. MAybe it'll help someone.
