*ebony* New member Nov 17, 2009 #2 you avoid water weight by drinking more water, plus all the good stuff water does like flush toxin, ect. google it. as for shakes, id say whatever protein you choose is cool as long as you fit it into your macros.

joe d High End Bro Platinum Nov 17, 2009 #4 if your drinking shakes at night make them casein, whey, and high fat. and water will reduce bloat.
