7 Weeks to a Shredded ME!...

Legs got some abused tonight.

2 minute bike warm up.

ATG Squats 4 sets... last 1-2 reps I like to explode from the bottom of the movement....literally explode, i jump up and make the plates "clank."

Walking Lunges 2 passes... wimped out, lol... not gunna lie.

Step-ups weighted 4 sets.

Seated Calve raises 3 sets

Standing Calve raises (started with one leg at a time). 2 sets

Sweated my ASS off... that place either needs to open some windows or crank the A/C or maybe it's just me... cuz i didn't see other ppl sweating like i was... maybe it was the Rexin'... i dunno, but i was fuggin' soaked more than usual.

Overall rating: Good workout.

This morning my hip flexors were hating me... felt the sprints big time this morning.

Havin' fun with the grips... the #2 will get closed in a week or so I think if I keep at it.

Hell yea.I am giving my grip a couple days rest. After I got the 250 I just kept doing it. They get so pumped so easily. I think thats why I like it so much. Its like you can workout on the couch. ;)

OH! & I stopped at the Pro Shop on my way out & bought two pairs of pants... LOL .. so I don't have that same problem I did last night with future leg workouts :rolleyes: ... remind to toss the other ones :)

hahahaha @ the workin' out on the couch! Exactly Hick... exactly! I'm going to try and not touch them today, it's fun repping out the #1 and then giving the #2 a shot... lol.

Housework DONE... WOOOHOOOO A/C is up and running! :chomp: fuggin' hot in here... had to get the window units going.

DB Single Rows: 50's, 75's, 95's
BB Rows: 95, 115, 135, 155
DB Shrugs: 80's, 90's, 115's


"Spider" Preacher Curls Standing: 65lbs, 85lbs.
Standing Alt. DB Curls: 40's, 45's, 50's

Skullies: 3 sets
Rope Cable Push Downs: 3 sets

Dips: 4 sets ... I need to get a chain so i can do weighted dips.

Cambered Bar Cable Curls: 3 sets
^^ Push Downs: 3 sets

A full 20 minute session of HIIT Cardio after.

Time to eat again.... off I go :chomp:

That's why I swear by my DWOS (During Workout Shake) for my routines most of the time, cuz i need to eat 1/4 - 1/2 way through.
