You are the reason I decided to try the pre/DWO shake ... did I ever tell you that? The benefits have been outstanding for me ... thank you for always being so helpful with everyone in Diet ... (and everywhere for that matter) ... Thankful for that :beer:

I cant handel getting a shake down in my workout. I eat and wait a half hour. Take all suppelemtns... pureCee . TRex.. Multi. Then go to the gym with a liter of ICed tea (homemade strong) And drink that on the way and during warm up. And By that time I have TONS of energy. hehehe. I tried a protien shake during a workout and it came right up after heavy squats...duh. But thats just me. Maybe one day ill try it agan on non leg day. If I eat anything to close to a workout beween the grunts it wants to come up and breaks my focus of my lifts. Whatever works for you.

Sarge has yet to receive said bunny suit, nor would sarge intend to fashion such an oufit on himself...EVER :chomp:
(lol...that would be quite the sight... actually i know someone that went skydiving in a hot pink suit.. similar to that... funny shit!)

I had a fairly good weekend, really busy... went out for the first time in 2 weeks of isolating myself... carbed up Sunday :evil: I looked SICK last night from the carb up... i NEVER like my body at night... guess the Carb up was much needed!

Chest (and delts maybe)!

Start training with an old buddy starting tonight... we'll c how long this lasts, not used to "compromising" :evil:

Shit! I gotta go get that blood work done still... *note to self wake up early one day and go to lab in Fasted State*
 
Last night...

Chest, Delts, Cardio

Flat DB Bench: 4 sets
Seated DB Military: 4 sets (2 sets Ahnold)
^^^ went up to 60's and my left rotator decided to not want to stay "in line" and the DB just started going back, i was like "AHHH SHIT!" and let go of it before it tore my ball joint out... then I repped out the 50's. Damn rotators... Not sure why, but I always... in SOME way have an issue when them!
DB Side Lateral Raises: 2 sets
Cable (Single) Side Laterals: 3 sets
Chest high Cable Flys: 4 sets
Flat BB Bench: 3 sets

10 minutes of cardio... semi HIIT... it was quality, i wanted to stay on... lol, but it was getting late.

Late Dinner Meeting tonight... no gym, hopefully if it's still semi-light out I'll be able to get some sprints done... and maybe some Clean-Squat-Jumps in...

I dunno if I made that up or not... but it's a great movement :evil:
