Thanks it was a good workout!
The first of many with my old/new training partner again.
Strong guy... ~ 360 lbs (Football build, HUGE calves)... if he sticks with it and keeps showing up and working out with me... he'll be a compelty different person. I want to talk to him more outside the gym to get his goals and whatnot cuz he's gotta have about 230+ pounds of MUSCLE under there, he's got tons of potential... maybe i'll get him here on EF too

Yes I stretch... probably not as much as I should you're right.
I need to start doing rotator strengthining at home too... they're simple movements I just need to DO them.
5-10 minutes, just start somewhere
