Delts went AWESOME tonight! This is fabulous!!!
Chest went ok... felt pain IN my rotator.
Incline DB Presses 4 sets up to 75's and my shoulder and left elbow gave out... argh!... so went straight to delt workout.
Seated Military DB Presses 4 sets
side lateral raises 2 sets
Cable 'crossover' the body side lateral raises 2 sets
Power Cleans up to 185x4
- changed outa my pants cuz it's hot as hell today and busted out the muscle tank "Y" back, cuz i felt good and pumped... dieting sucks but the reward is FUCKING AWESOME! I want a pic of this danggit!
Upright Rows 2 sets (eh... not a big fan, but felt like doing some)
went back for more chest figured my rotator had a little break..
Flat DB Presses 2 sets, felt nice... but chest will be worked again in a couple days for sure.... maybe no more incline DB presses, fuggin' rotator (i do a few rotator cuff exercises too... helps a bit).
I think that's it... BOOOO i'm in a funk today, just blah.
Time to eat again though!!
