I’m going to start 5x5 after a week off (in the sun, yer!
) next week and want to continue to bring up my Hams. I have been working hard to increase my weight in Stiff Leg Deads which has been going well, and I want to keep it going…
What would you guys think of doing something like this on Leg day:
5x5 Squats
3x5 SLDL
2x8-10 Another Leg ex
2x8-10 Another Leg ex
2x15 Calf work
To much? Better to just do it as a 2x8-10 or not?
Any thoughts appreciated…
