4th cycle..?

I trained for 13 years bro before touching AAS and I will tell you that today my gains come very easy. want to know why? cause muscle memory. those QUALITY hours and hours and hours I put in the weight room were an investment.

i have told this story before but will tell it again cause it actually happened and its an example of what body memory is all about. I used to train with a triathlete who would run 16 minute 5K's and he was in his late 30's. that is good enough to win most road races around the country and good enough to place very high in even cities like Miami or NYC which have huge populations of runners and competition is stiff. anyway the guy was playing flag football and had his leg snapped like a twig making an interception and another guy fell into him. he was on crutches and could not even walk for 6 months while the leg healed.

fast forward 6 months he gets cleared to run again .. trains his ass off .. 2 months later guess what happened? he is back at 16 minutes!!!! ... yet i was training my ass off too while he was on crutches yet couldn't break 20 minutes!! why? cause he had been running since he was 6 years old religiously and all throughout school and even college. I had not put in even close to as many hours as him

now we can substitute any kind of fitness into that. lets use bench pressing as an example.. a dude who benches 400 pounds. breaks his arm.. comes back 6 months later and then trains and 2 months later is back at 400 pounds.

so the point is all those hours he put in prior building a base paid off for him. and no matter what happens where you have to take time off down the line you can come back fast cause of that memory.

so i tell young guys especially start lifting and getting into fitness early in life. its very important. no need to use AAS though

Muscle memory or is it more the fact that he knew wat it took to get to that level in the first place? Not trying to start an argument but I don't believe muscle memory has anything to do with it, more so the fact that one can be at a high level in bodybuilding, rugby etc. and after an incident are injured for a substantial amount of time but are determined enough to get back to that high level and understanding wat they need to do exactly to reach it.

I'm the pro on here when it comes to tren, no one else has studied it like I have nor has as much recent experience with it.

if you want to run a calorie restricted diet tren is actually a piss poor choice, tren actually will de-hydrate you and also effect your glycogen levels and blood sugar. you won't be able to run a keto diet on it for that reason.. if you do then you will feel a lot of dizziness and feel like absolute shit like what many guys report. which makes running it pointless if you cannot get enough energy to even hit the gym hard. trust me I have tried tren on all kinds of diets, you have less sides and more energy on tren when you EAT on it. clean eating, but you will need calories on it.

if you truely want a calorie restrictive AAS then go with primo. thats the best one to use

but I again will tell you to build a better base. 5 8 and 161 pounds is tiny bro.. and that is after 2 cycles. you should be in the 180's or more by now with 14% body fat.. now if you were trimmed up and 8% body fat then i would say it would be fine.. but 14% body fat means you don't have very much muscle mass so need to hit the weights harder

if you keep running cycles and stay at 160 then eventually you are gonna have to stop being stubborn and change something about what you are doing so might as well start now

Are you saying that every pro BBer that uses tren precontest while in a calorie deficit is using it wrong?

^^^ we aren't discussing a pro BB's strategy to comping for a contest.

we are discussing a person who is underweight trying to gain and how best to use tren. I like to micro-manage a persons problem and try to help them. your problem is you don't read threads and take into account a person's goals.. you do this a lot actually.. your advice for him to cut out calories is not helping him, its hurting .. I think 99.9% of people agree that upping calories is a good way to gain more mass. I still love you though but your constant trolling gets annoying after a while :)

if you want to start up a thread about how to use tren to comp for a contest then I would love to have that debate as well. you should start up a thread for that, but confusing the OP isn't helping the guy is it?

I wasn't trolling. It was a legitimate question.

When you make some bold starements, people disagree. You're right though. This is the wrong thread for that.

not a bold statement and you know it if you have run tren before.

many guys say tren will cause a person to feel blah, there is a reason for that.. and one of the reasons (which isn't bold at all and you can get a glucose monitor to confirm this yourself) is from low blood sugar. hence you NEED calories on tren. now i'm not saying go and eat 7K calories.. but i'm saying after a workout if you don't get in some cals you will start having low blood sugar symptoms like feeling blah and getting the shakes etc.

now having used tren quite a bit and studying it i have found if you get in cals in the morning, evening and after workouts you will keep your energy levels strong and won't feel like shit on it. the same can be said of superdrol/beastdrol, and its widely agreed you should get in calories and carbs on the beast or you will pay the price. now you can easily achieve a calorie deficit that way.. BUT again we go back to the OP who is underweight as it is, he shouldn't even think about running tren at a calorie deficit.

i know that comping is not the most fun thing cause I have done it myself. so there is a risk vs. reward which makes it worth it for those guys who are pro's.. for the OP though my 'bold statement' was simply that if he wants to gain without calories then use primo instead with test. that would be a much better option than tren. I have ran primo in a wide calorie deficit and I got good clean results from it. but with tren the risk vs. reward makes it a tough proposition.

and for the record if i ever compete I don't plan on using tren.. atleast not close to the competition. it would be too brutal to go into a comp de-hydrated and with low blood sugar symptoms plus have the tren make those problems worse too.

muscle memory, as you said knowing how to get to that level, and genetics is a factor.

but trust me muscle memory is real.

all things being equal example: if 2 guys who are 30 start lifting and both guys are in shitty shape the guy who used to be jacked will improve much faster than the guy who never worked out in his life.

this is why i stress guys should start lifting at 14 or 15, it will pay off when they get older and help out bigtime.

keep in mind in my previous post I worked out with that guy but he still went from being slower than me, to blowing me away. i was like WTF? i actually believed what you said and thought shit if i just stay with this guy i can improve with him. but it didn't happen.. that is when i knew muscle memory and body memory is a real thing ..
