Ok I'll try to keep post as simple as possible. I just started working 3rd shift 11pm-7:30am Sun-Thurs. I don't have a problem keeping with my 6 meals a day except on Sunday. My typical day on Sunday is this 8:30 a.m. wake up, about a 1:00 p.m. workout, and a short hour nap at 7:00 p.m. then its off to work for 8 and a half hours then I make it to bed on Monday morning around 9 a.m. I'm basically awake for 24 hours, should I just add 2-3 meals this one day a week? Is there anyone else out there with this kind of schedule that could share their experiences? My stomach is still adjusting to this odd time for eating, our lunch break is at 3:00 a.m.
