Age: 23
Weight: 200 pounds 90kg
Height: 6feet2 188cm
Experience: Lifted for 6 years
I am thinking about a two day split while I am on 50mg tren eod and test ent.
I am thinking about something like this:
Monday: Chest, triceps, shoulders, traps
Tuesday: Back, biceps, legs
Wednesday: Chest, triceps, shoulders, traps
Thursday: Back, biceps, legs
Friday:Chest, triceps, shoulders, traps
Saturday: Back, biceps, legs
Sunday: REST
Abs every day
I know this sounds like a lot, but I am going to be on cycle and done this before without being on cycle and got good gains. What do you guys think? Thanks for the help
