Sipped on a muscle milk while I did the groceries and sat in the friggin line, you have no idea how much I hate lines, especially today cause I was all sweaty, hungry, thirsty and my friggin legs hurt. And of course I pick the line where the cashier is brand new, it was her first day, and I had to hear her make comments about my food (telling me I shouldn't eat some many veggies, I really need to eat a burger and fries cause I'm tiny), and complain how it was such a hard day for her, and her feet hurt from having to stand. I know this was bad, but I just wanted to tell her "your feet wouldn't hurt so damn bad if you lost some weight, try eating a salad instead of a f*cking chocolate bar sometime" geez.

I hope nobody took my rant the wrong way.

Well hello there! I hope you get a good night's sleep...I am trying to come up with some sort of natural sleeping aid...

Thank you SBT and flor sleep has been hmmm ok.

I thought of all you lushes the other day :lmao: when I went out for my friend's first I got harrassed on night on what I was eating (I had a salad with chicken) and then because I don't drink I just had a bottle of water and these fools were drinking like fish. lol.

So diet has been good. No complex carbs for the last few days, photoshoot is next friday so I'll load up on some carbs on thursday.

Today (and the last few days were simlar)

7:00
1/2 shake
1tsp coconut oil
5 baby carrots

7:30 trained chest & tricep
4 sets 10 of bench press (60lbs)
3 sets 12 of incline DB press (20lb DBs)
3 sets 12 cable flies (15lbs each side)
3 sets 8 EZ bar scullcrushers (35lbs)
3 sets 10-12 of cable pushdowns (60lbs)

9:00
shake

12:00
handful of sunflower seeds/ almonds

1:00 Nap :)

4.5oz steak
large salad

6:15
4 egg whites
1 whole egg
4oz carrots
1 tbsp flaxmeal

casinate protein
