Sleep: it was hard to fall asleep last night, probably around 2am is when I fell asleep, woke up a few times.

3 sets of 15 squats (65lbs)
3 sets or 12 leg ext. (45lbs)
3 sets of 10 I don't know what these are called it's this little thing at the gym that you stand on, and lean down and sit, kinda like a squat, anyway it's for the quads.

3 sets of 12 standing DB bicep curl (10lbs)

3 sets of 10 lying leg curl (50lbs)
