24k's *getting ready for 2006* log

Hello SBT :bigkiss:

Sleep: it was hard to fall asleep last night, probably around 2am is when I fell asleep, woke up a few times.

12:30
1/3C oatmeal
1/2 cas. 1/2 whey protein
1/2 banana
1 tsp coconut oil

2:30
30 minute walk to the gym

Trained legs and Biceps today

Giant set
3 sets of 15 squats (65lbs)
3 sets or 12 leg ext. (45lbs)
3 sets of 10 I don't know what these are called it's this little thing at the gym that you stand on, and lean down and sit, kinda like a squat, anyway it's for the quads.

Giant Set
3 sets 10 of deadlifts (75lbs)
3 sets of 15 inner thigh machine (50lbs)
3 sets of 12 standing DB bicep curl (10lbs)

Superset
3 sets of 10 lying leg curl (50lbs)
3 sets of 15 wide stance leg press (180lbs)

3 sets of BB standing Bicep curls (25lbs)

4:00
shake
banana
1/2 oatmeal bar

5:30
1/2 oatmeal bar

My poor legs I had to sit at the gym for a good 1/2 hour before I could stand up without feeling like I was going to fall down, my legs were shaking uncontrollable.... Don't you just love that feeling? ;) lol


It's on a platform.

Photoshoot will be in 2 weeks.

Sleep: ahhh took forever to get to sleep once again, woke up a few times, damn it I guess I'm going to have to go back to my herbal teas, hopefully they help again.

3 sets 10 of rope pushdowns (40lbs)

Superset
3 sets of 10 BB scullcrushers (30lbs)
3 sets of 10 standing rotator cuff (5lb DBs)

Tossed in alittle ab work

Superset
3 sets of 10 Cable crunches on ball (30lbs)
3 sets of Cable oblique crunched on ball (30lbs)

2:30
shake
banana ( I :heart: bananas can you tell lol)

20 minute walk to groceries!

4:00
Sipped on a muscle milk while I did the groceries and sat in the friggin line, you have no idea how much I hate lines, especially today cause I was all sweaty, hungry, thirsty and my friggin legs hurt. And of course I pick the line where the cashier is brand new, it was her first day, and I had to hear her make comments about my food (telling me I shouldn't eat some many veggies, I really need to eat a burger and fries cause I'm tiny), and complain how it was such a hard day for her, and her feet hurt from having to stand. I know this was bad, but I just wanted to tell her "your feet wouldn't hurt so damn bad if you lost some weight, try eating a salad instead of a f*cking chocolate bar sometime" geez.

I hope nobody took my rant the wrong way.
