Sleep that night was at best terrible!!! I tossed and turned until oh 3am, woke up at 6:30 and couldn't get back to sleep for the life of me. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I was thinking about my sleep patterns and I realized about the same time I started dieting again, my sleep got screwed up again.
