And of course I pick the line where the cashier is brand new, it was her first day, and I had to hear her make comments about my food (telling me I shouldn't eat some many veggies, I really need to eat a burger and fries cause I'm tiny), and complain how it was such a hard day for her, and her feet hurt from having to stand. I know this was bad, but I just wanted to tell her "your feet wouldn't hurt so damn bad if you lost some weight, try eating a salad instead of a f*cking chocolate bar sometime" geez.

I hope nobody took my rant the wrong way.

Thoughts on what I've read recently:
1) SUPERCOOL about the photo shoot! Can't wait to see how that goes and the resulting shots! :supercool

2) Where do you buy casinate protein? It's a powder, right? I've been keepin' my eye semi-open for it but no luck (haven't tried all that hard, though... *sigh*).

3) Look at you go jumpin' back on the bandwagon just like that! :D :heart: Great work, m'dear! Just goes to show that at some point you can totally go all out, take a break, and come right back to it. :elephant:

4) I think I missed something awhile back -- why the lack of sleep again? Poor girl! I hope you catch some Zzzzs soon! :yawn:

5) Oh, and my little pictures are coming from glitter-graphics.com. I just find one that I like, click the "Download image" button and then copy it's URL (found in it's Properties list if you right click on it) into the image formatter thing here on EF. :D

So diet has been good. No complex carbs for the last few days, photoshoot is next friday so I'll load up on some carbs on thursday.
Well I hope they got yoru salad right :rolleyes:

T-Cake, thanks you pineapple hewad (haha I couldn't resist, love the avi).

Yes casinate in a protein powder it's disgested slower than whey, so if I use powder powder during the day I'll mix it half with whey half with casinate, right before bed I would have just the casinate and just whey after a workout of course :) The 1 I use is made my Optimum Nutrition the chocolate flavor and it actually tastes good. I'm not sure where in the States you can get it, maybe 1 of the other girls can jump in, I know NYCgirl uses it, I just don't know where she's been. lol I buy mine on a canadian supplements place online.

:elephant: yay me!!! lol yea you can definiately fall off the bandwagon, and jump right back on it. :)

I don't know why I'm having a problem with my sleep again, it was bad very bad before because of the fatique, but it got better. And now it's not like it was better, but I'm having a hard time getting to sleep, like last night I finally got to sleep at 3am woke up a few times during the night, and then woke up at 11:30.

Oh and that's for the info on the pictures haha.


Treil, lol well the they got the salad right but it took a friggin hour and a half to get it. I wasn't happy and they heard about it, I didn't throw any plates of food though :lmao: Oh I forgot to mention that night at the club, I'm standing there while everyone was drinking and I was hungry again so I pulled out a organic nut and seed bar, and started eating it, right there on the dance floor, lol you should have saw the looks I got, my friend was like "we can dress you up and make you 1 of the prettiest girls in the club but you can't leave the ghetto at home". :lmao: WHATEVA!!!! I was hungry.

*I don't think eggs agree with me anymore, I felt sick after having them yesterday but didn't think anything of it, until I got the same feeling 30 minutes after eating them today. Just friggin great!!!!

1/2 casinate 1/2 whey protein
1 tbsp flaxmeal
2 tbsp oatmeal
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp sunflower seed
*I mixed this all together and put it in the freezer for 5 minutes, and it was pretty tasty for some goo! lol

veggie juice fresh (beet, celery, carrot, ginger)
1.5 cups of broccoli
3 oz of ground turkey
7 almonds

same as at 2:30 minus the coconut oil

3oz ground chicken
5oz cucumber
2oz sweet potato
