Sleep was good, I slept long again from 12:30 until 11:30, only woke up once at 4:30 for a potty break, and then back to sleep.

4 sets of 12 DB shoulder press (20's)
A1) 3 sets of 12 standing rotator cuff work (7.5's)
A2) 3 sets of 20 standing calf raises (150lbs)
B1) 3 sets of 16 side lateral raises (5's)
B2) 3 sets of 16 seated calf raises (50lbs)
C1) 3 sets of 14 rear delt raises (5's)
C2) 3 sets of 12 cable reverse crunches (40lbs)
C3) 3 sets of 16 cable oblique crunches (40lbs)
D1) 3 sets of 12 standing single calf raises (20lb DB)
D2) 3 sets of 14 hip raises

20 minutes of cardio on bike

*drank amino vital water throughout workout

Sleep was ok, went to sleep at about 1:30 cause I was so rxcited about the game I couldn't get to sleep earlier, lol I'm a nut. Woke up twice to go to the bathroom, slept until 11:45.
