Sleep was good, went to sleep around 12:30 cause I just had to see the rest of the game :elephant: woke up at 8:30 cause of the phone, went back to sleep right away until 11:45. Sleep is much better, now I just sleep too long. lol

1/2 casinate, 1/2 whey protein
2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
1 scoop superseed
1 green apple

2:30
veggie fresh juice (beet, carrot, cabbage, celery, ginger)
1 whole egg
2 egg whites

B1) 3 sets of 12 Bent-over rows (40lbs)
B2) 3 sets of 10 cable curls (25lbs)
C1) 3 sets of 10 seat cable rows (40lbs)
C2) 3 sets of 21s (20lbs)

20 minutes of cardio

5:00
shake

6:30
12 grain bagel
1 tbsp almond butter

9:00
4oz ground turkey
2 tbsp organic tomato sauce
3 cups romaine lettuce
4oz cucumber


11:00
2tbsp almond butter
